Alright, so I'm trying to get myself into some kind of shape. Yes, round is a shape, but that's not just what I'm trying to fix. For the last year or so, I've pretty much been sedentary, and my muscle tone has softened, my joints are getting stiffer, and I feel like a pile of crap that's flattened by a steamroller. It's all bad.
So I'm going to be posting my progress here as another motivational tool to keep me from being a slackass.
So for today I did...
Fast walk for 5 miles
10x10 tabata squats
Two minutes of mountain climbers
50 faux-pushups.
30 pistol draws from under concealment while moving.
I'm tired.

How is drawing a pistol a workout?
Try doing something like this 30 times while dry firing. As out of shape as I am, believe me, I'm huffin' and puffin' afterwards.
